Crazy about all things scaly? If the answer is “yes”, then a Reptile Experience is for you!

The reptile experience is held in our tropical house with one of our expert rangers.

Why not bathe the largest tortoise of Africa, the Sulcata tortoise, or face your fears handling some of our brilliant snakes or lizards?

Minimum ages to participate are detailed by each encounter.
Maximum number of participants is 4 people (2 for “Anteater Antics”).
It is entirely the choice of the animals whether they wish to participate in the experience or not. Luckily the promise of some tasty treats normally proves all too tempting, but sometimes they may not be in the mood; in which case you will enter their environment and get to view them up close whilst being told all about them by your supervising ranger.
Our experiences include entry to the farm and wildlife park for the whole day. Any additional guests will need to pay full entry price.

Upon arrival at the park, by 11.30am, check in with the pay desk to let them know you’re here.
They will get in contact with the rangers to determine the closest possible start time for your experience.
Until then, you are free to walk around the wildlife park, check out the shops or get some food.
Meet the ranger at the designated place and time and have fun!
