Home Education at Jimmy’s Farm & Wildlife Park

2026 Schedule

Looking for different ways to educate your children in the great outdoors? Every month (excluding school holidays) we have four days dedicated to Home Education! Each session will begin at 11am and take place on varying days throughout the week.

Our friendly ranger team will guide you on activities over two days. These activities, as well as entry for the day, are included in the price of £10pp or £2.50pp for members.

The group will be collected by a ranger from the ‘Plan your Day’ board at 11am. Please arrive with enough time to get to the meeting point.

  • Animals (first week of the month)

The sessions will be animal focused, with topics such as adaptation and animal care

  • Gardens and Native Conservation (second week of the month)

The sessions will focus on habitats, the environment and sustainability

All year round we offer an education rate of £10 per person. This can only be purchased, upon request, at the gate Monday – Friday in term time (does not include bank holidays)

Maximum of two adults per child for the adults to get £10 rate too.

Please note, children aged 16 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
