We are delighted that the Carbon Charter Panel has approved us for the BRONZE level of the Suffolk Carbon Charter!

The Carbon Charter is awarded to organisations that are monitoring and reducing their carbon emissions. It is intended to provide public recognition of this vital step to the shared goal of Creating the Greenest County.

The Panel were impressed with our procurement, using our own produce in the restaurant and working with local suppliers. The Panel was also pleased to note that biodiversity has been enhanced on-site, hedgerows, trees, coppicing & a wildflower meadow.
