Lion Lake Is Now Open at Jimmy’s Farm & Wildlife Park

We’re thrilled to announce that Lion Lake is now officially open at Jimmy’s Farm & Wildlife Park, giving visitors a truly unique new way to experience our magnificent Asiatic lions.

This exciting new development is a UK first, where the only visible barrier between visitors and the lions is water. The result is a breathtaking viewing experience, with uninterrupted views of Kamal and Rani as they roam, relax and explore their expansive reserve.

Lion Lake has been designed to bring guests closer to the wild than ever before, while creating a carefully considered habitat for our lions. From reshaping the landscape to introducing extensive planting across the reserve, every detail has been planned with the future in mind. Over the coming years, the planting will continue to grow and mature, helping to create an even richer, more natural environment.

We couldn’t be prouder of the incredible team who have worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life. Their hard work, care and dedication have helped transform this area of the park into one of our most exciting visitor experiences yet.

Alongside the opening of Lion Lake, we’re also delighted to welcome visitors to The Lion’s Den BBQ & Bar.

Set on the edge of the lake, The Lion’s Den is the perfect place to sit back, relax and soak up the spectacular views. Whether you’re stopping for lunch, dinner or a refreshing drink, it’s a brilliant new spot to enjoy during your visit.

The menu includes smoky BBQ favourites such as burgers, hot dogs and smoked specials, alongside draught beers from our very own Crafted Conservation range. Even better, every sip helps support wildlife conservation projects.
