We’ve Been Named Visitor Attraction of the Year!
We’re absolutely thrilled to share the news that we’ve been crowned Visitor Attraction of the Year at the 2026 Suffolk & Norfolk Tourism Awards!
These prestigious awards, organised by Visit East of England, celebrate the very best of the region’s tourism industry. From visitor experiences to sustainability and customer service, every element is carefully judged, making this recognition even more special to us.
The winners were announced at a fantastic awards ceremony at Diss Corn Hall, where we were up against some truly amazing finalists. To be recognised among such strong competition and to come away with this top award is something we’re immensely proud of.

Our Park Director, Stevie Sheppard, who attended the ceremony, summed it up perfectly:
“It’s an amazing achievement – the judges scrutinise every aspect of our attraction, so the team have really pulled it out of the bag. It’s thanks to our great staff why we have this award.”
As Stevie said, this award belongs to every single member of our team. From the people who care for our animals, to those welcoming you at the gate, serving food, running experiences and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes – it’s a true team effort.
We’re also incredibly grateful to our visitors. Your support, feedback and enthusiasm are what drive us to keep improving and creating a brilliant day out for everyone.
Winning Visitor Attraction of the Year is a huge milestone for us and it only motivates us to keep raising the bar. We’ve got lots more exciting plans ahead and we can’t wait to welcome you back soon.
Thank you for being part of our journey!!
