All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT).

 

Delivery Policy and Terms

We will dispatch orders Monday – Friday and arrive via DPD. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within the agreed timescale for any reason. The costs for delivery are shown depending on shipping destination and delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time. DPD will leave your shipment in a safe place, if no person is home to receive the order. Please see our Delivery Page for further information about delivery times and rates. In the event of a delivery not being delivered within the quoted time, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs damages or expenses incurred to either the customer or a 3rd party.

Prices, Description and Availability

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. However the customer will only pay the price of goods at the time of purchase.. We will always do our very best to achieve exact weights, however due to natural variations we cannot guarantee precise weights.

Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, information & prices are accurate, we do not accept any liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.

Orders will be accepted & processed at our sole discretion & we reserve the right to decline orders without providing an explanation.

 

Payment

All of our online payments will be processed through Paypal. We use Paypal to ensure the highest possible level of security and fraud protection available for all of our customers. We currently accept all of the major credit & debit cards, apart from American Express. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Complaints

Should you have any form of complaint regarding any service or product that you have received from Jimmy’s The Farmers Range, please call us on either 0n 01473 60406 or email us at [email protected]. We will always aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days. Cancellations and Returns

If you are unsatisfied with a product, please do contact us and we will resolve the matter either through a refund or replacement, at our discretion. You have the right to cancel any order made, unless the order has already been despatched in which case we will be unable to cancel the order. Jimmy’s Farm reserve the right to offer conditions on refunds based on quality reasons. We may ask for you to provide evidence of any quality issue, and may make arrangements for these items to be collected or returned to us. Failure to provide evidence, or make such items available for return, could compromise your ability to have a refund. All refunds are at the company’s discretion. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days of an agreed refund amount.
