Farm Walk Wednesday
23rd August - 10am
For adults and children 6 years and older accompanied by at least one participating adult.
10 -10.30 – meet in the Education Hub.
10.45 – behind the scenes walking tour of the Working Farm especially the traditional pigs – how they are bred and live their lives to produce beautiful pork. Learn how to feed the pigs, getting up close and learning how we use the different breeds and why.
Hand hygiene – Wash hands at either a wash station, a toilet area or in the Education Hub.
12.00 – lunch (bring your own, buy from Farm Shop, Field Kitchen or Farm restaurant).
1.00 – guided walking tour of the Farm Park and Wild Life park. Take in the zoo keepers afternoon animal talks, have free animal food to feed the animals, visit the tropical butterfly house, see the meerkats and get inside knowledge of the exotic animals.
2.15 – continue in the Farm Park, use the safe play areas until closing time at 4.30.
4.30 – Farm Park closes but other areas remain open.

Price : £10 per person to include entry to the Farm Park and woodland,
Age: children to be 6 years and over and to be accompanied by at least one adult. Not suitable for accompanying younger children or push chairs.
