Let us take you on a food safari with our new head butcher Jonny as he highlights some amazing cuts of Farm reared, free range, rare breed Beef while you watch.
Our team of exceptional chefs will be turning them in to gourmet dishes, simple enough for you to try at home!

Watch what we do best here on the Farm as we show you the different butchery skills and techniques on one of our grass fed cattle in the Restaurant and take a culinary trip around the world with dishes such as:
- Beef Heart Consommé from France
- Mexican Steak Tacos
- Argentinian Beef Skirt Chimichurri
- Italian Beef Carpaccio
- Korean Bulgogi
- Classic Mini Beef Wellingtons
